Colin Campbell


Dr. Colin Campbell is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Kent State University. At a broad level, Colin is interested in how the internet, social media, and mobile devices are evolving marketing theory and practice. His thesis was one of the first set of studies to explore the causes and effects of consumer generated advertising. His current research examines online video advertising and native advertising. Colin has published over 30 academic articles and presented at numerous national and international conferences. He serves on the editorial review board of the Journal of Advertising Research, the Journal of Advertising, the Services Industries Journal, Marketing Education Review, and the International Journal of Market Research.
