Our client, a market leader in the field of renewable and alternative energy supply and consulting, seeks to employ a qualified Chartered Accountant, who has a strong background in auditing, corporate financial controls, implementation and management of project finances and who has worked in a tender/bid environment, with preference to those in a renewable energy or related industry.

You must have a BComm degree, articles and have passed the CA board exam, coupled with 3-5 years experience managing finances and transactions in a bid and project intensive environment.
You will be able to work closely with the stakeholders and board of directors on projects, from a financial aspect, be able to manage strategic planning and reporting
A working knowledge of legal and statutory requirements, with preference to legislation of the renewable and alternative energy sector, as well as budgeting for economic and social development requirements and liaising with various government and corporate departments on financial and strategic matters.
You will have exceptional Excel skills, be able to communicate effectively at various levels and have a clear criminal and credit record
The flexibility to travel is required occasionally.
