Accurately complete a checklist for every vehicle that is delivered to site
Follow the 360 standard operating procedure (SOP)
Ensuring every new vehicle entering the Yard has a completed, accurate and clean 360 loaded on the system and that BI reports is then drawn on number of 360s done
Stock in vehicles on the system as soon as it arrives.
Follow up on insurance details if not received. Ensure minimal time for errors on the system.
Ensure all vehicles with keys are started or you try to get them started when they arrive at the branch and take a photo of the rev counter.
Ensure that all vehicles are locked and windows are closed/wrapped in plastic where necessary and that all loose parts are secured neatly inside the vehicle, and the battery terminals were removed, before moving to bay allocation.
Ensure that all keys received are tagged correctly, recorded and handed over at the end of each shift.
Ensure that all driveable vehicles are driven to the bay allocation.
Ensure that all accident damaged vehicles are moved with the forklift using a plank to the bay allocation.
Ensure that Forklift standard operation procedure and health and safety procedure is followed always when moving vehicles.
Assisting with auction preparations.
Packing vehicles ready for sale.
Oversee the responsibilities of the char (cleaner)
Assist with IWHM and redoing of 360s.
Effectively manage all internal and external queries directed to you.
Assist where required and requested to do so by management.
Accurately capturing appointments to equal department average (Dependant on incoming appointments received).
Previous experience in similar role will be advantageous.
Forklift License will be advantageous.
Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
Attention to detail.
