Responsibilities:

• Line management of all staff - 50 plus


• Managing retention and career paths.


• Working with the Head of HR and existing line management.


• Providing leadership, guidance and coaching.


• Capacity planning and understanding of skill sets.


• Assisting with the recruitment of technical staff.


• Understanding and managing the commercial aspects within the broader business.


• Assisting with the development of proposals.


• Building relationships with customers.
