Responsibilities:
Line management of all staff - 50 plus
Managing retention and career paths.
Working with the Head of HR and existing line management.
Providing leadership, guidance and coaching.
Capacity planning and understanding of skill sets.
Assisting with the recruitment of technical staff.
Understanding and managing the commercial aspects within the broader business.
